Motion passed unanimously Sister Velna reported that our decorations for Grand Chapter are almost finished. We are going to try and have the Star Points decorations change daily. Example--Ruth might be a standing sheath one day, a laying down one the next and maybe just kernels of wheat later. So we just have to fine tune the decorations, keep thinking of ideas along this line. for the rest of the Star Points. W.G.M. Terry reported that there will not be a picket fence around the Grand Chapter this next year, there will be more discussion later. Sister Velna reported on the Flower Booth for next year's Grand Chapter, with an Idea of using little $1.00 store Baskets. These would hold less Food or Goodies with a lower cost as well. This may boost sales as more people could afford more things. We thought it was a Great Idea and we all will try and purchase a few to supply our booth next year. She will contact Gerry, form last year and see about how many baskets were sold so that we may have something to go on as far as quantity needed. Pres.Kathy and W.G.M. She was so impressed with the way we were able to put the New Scenery up and Decorated in such a short time. She also hoped we all enjoyed the Grand Officers out in view instead of behind a curtain. It was the First Opening that she had seen in a few years and she really enjoyed it. She will also be traveling with her picture book for all to see. Some pictures of Marc and Herself looked like Deer in the Headlights syndrome. WGP Marc also was very Humbled at their Installation and hoped all would be excited about the new things that were to go on this next year. He too enjoyed the Opening Ceremonies as it has been a few years for him too. At 11:35 A.M. all of our Business had been conducted, and the smell of Hot Dogs and Hamburgers was in the air and beckoning us, so the Meeting was Adjourned.
